How We Make Our Lefse Our fresh Lefse dough is rolled out from balls into thin circular sheets of dough. The dough is made fresh. We use potatoes that are peeled, washed and cooked in our factory. Once the dough is rolled out, we cut the dough into the perfect circular shape so that each piece of lefse is uniform and consistent with the others. We then take the dough and cook them on a hot griddle until they are cooked to perfection. They come out soft and warm, with just the right amount of brown bubbles add some flavor.
Take along when camping or bring a few packages to the hunting cabin.
