I was pleasantly surprised by this autobiography (they're usually dry and boring. After reading I felt like I really got to know what shaped her as a strong woman. I'm 60 yrs. old and having grown up in the south (Florida and Georgia) I can fully relate with the finer nuances of the atmosphere of racial relations back them. Yes, there were prejudice people back then. Things are totally different today. I like the way she brought up the loss of two parent families and the toll on current generations. Yes Condoleezza We are masters of our own destiny. Education is so important, A good read. Got me thinking.
