Spin a Circle! - Dyslexia Friendly Interactive Game for Kids - Fun Learning Activity for Home & Classroom

The colorful cover showing children having fun together sets the tone for Spin a Circle! The poems and the illustrations throughout are relatable to children (as well as adults!) of a wide variety of ages and cultures. I have to say that the activity that brought back the most vivid memories to me (even the smell!) was FINGERPAINTING! There are so many different types of fun in this book that there is something for everyone. The Dyslexie Font makes this book particularly good for people with dyslexia. An explanation of the font and its characteristics is at the end of the book. (I wish this kind of font had been available during my 30 years teaching children with special needs!) You just can’t go wrong with this book created by Raven Howell and Ann Pilicer. I hope there are more to come!
