Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Finally, gluten free pasta that TASTES GREAT! No weird aftertaste, and it cooks up al dente. Granted, as with any other GF pasta, it takes about twice as long to cook as non-GF pasta, but at least this Tinkyada pasta doesn't fall apart as soon as it's cooked. Tinkyada pasta holds up for reheating. You can use this Tinkyada Penne with some leftover marinara sauce like Bertolli Organic Sauce - Traditional Tomato & Basil - 24 Oz. Glass Jar (Pack of 3) and some pepperonis or Italian sausage slices, top it with some cheese, and viola you have a quick weeknight dinner. Or, toss some of the Tinkyada penne with some Purdue Italian Grilled Chicken Strips, a little seasoned olive oil, some presliced onion+peppers, some Parmesan cheese...
