Love this!My husband smokes meats and fish and we discovered this rub is absolutely wonderful on salmon. So good that when we moved to the Caribbean we brought a supply with us. Six months later we had our son bring down some more (since Amazon doesn't deliver here). Can't be without it.This is one of, if not the, best rubs I've ever tried. I smoked two chickens the other day using this rub alone and it produced some of the most incredible tasting chicken I've ever had. I smoke a lot of chicken so I've tried a lot of different rubs but nothing comes close to Dizzy Pig's Tsunami. I highly recommend this product!My kids love this stuff! I sprinkle it on drumsticks and lightly sear, then bake for 40 minutes in the overnight to cook the chicken all the way through. The juices mix with the seasoning and leaves a nice sauce to put over pasta or rice.I have been using Dizzy Pig rubs for several years and this is one of my favorites. Grilled wings with this rub is a huge family favorite. Sprinkle chicken wings with Tsunami Spin rub, adding a light sprinkle of Swamp Venom for some zing. Grill on a gas grill set on medium for 24-30 minutes, turning about every 8 minutes. Remove from the grill and put in a bowl with a tight-fitting lid, like a Tupperware bowl. Pour barbecue sauce over the wings, cover and gently turn for a minute or so. The amount of sauce is your choice - light or heavy.This is and amazing rub for salmon on the smoker. Just a hint of spice and a great flavor that doesn't overpower the fish.We use quite a few of these spices. A must for your pantry.I absolutely love love love this spice!!!!
