Arrived within a week or so with no damage. I love this board. Once you get used to it magnetraction's grip is really nice in icy conditions. It feels different than a regular snowboard, but I like it. Probably not the easiest snowboard to learn on but I think it could be done. I'd rate it mid-level intermediate up to expert level. It's just fun and of course the top sheet is beautiful. As a newer rider I just put 2 little clear stomp pad pieces on it so as to not block the graphic.
