I have a size 9 shoe size with wide feet. I’ve had to buy a half size up in any shoe I’ve gotten for the last 10ish years because there’s never enough room; most of the time it just makes them too long because brands forget to accommodate for people who don’t have thin feet!!! If you’re anything like me and you struggle to find a shoe you can buy in your actual size without it hurting you feet, I can personally say this is my new favorite shoe. I bought the brown in a size 9.5 wide and I loved it so much bought another pair; and I was able to buy my second pair in a size 9 wide and they fit like a glove. They’re comfy, they look nice, and it seems like they’re well made. I don’t know what I would do without them now that I have them. I use to wear Crocs any chance I got but these are the only shoes I want to wear since I got them. I recommend them with my whole heart.Love the extra width option. I ordered E.It has a high toe box. I love that space.Too tight at the arch. I have high arches.Straps do not stretch. I thought the leather might be more flexible. Because of sewing, straps do not stretch.They are tight in height, not width, at the first 3 straps. Leaves imprints in my foot where the straps are too tight.The last strap is not adjustable. It opens and closes in only one position. Can't loosen it. Need some give; and adjustment is not provided, like with a buckle and strap, or laces.Avoid if you have high arches.Looks good. Wore them to Renaissance Faire with black compression stockings. Great looks there.Update: I wear them fairly often for several hours. Nice looking shoes. Just wish the straps were adjustable for high arches.I am super pleased with these Clark's shoes. I ordered my usual size in Clark's, and they are just about perfect... maybe a teensie bit bigger than normal. I have had arthritis for 45 years and these are super comfy on my chronically achy feet. And the style is appropriate to dress up or down.I have high arches and plantar fasciitis and hip bursitis, and I’m on my feet 8+ hours a day. Before I got these, I’d go home with my feet and hip in so much pain to the point I was limping. Not only am I mostly pain free when I wear these, they’re super cute and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them. I’m definitely getting more.I usually wear 7.5 for shoes without socks, and these fit just a little bit larger than my usual 7.5. The toe box was large which is good for me. The length is only a tad longer than normal but shouldn't be a big problem. Actually, if I were to wear very thin no show sock liners, it'd be just perfect. The shoes were very nice looking in black leather. Well made, and comfy. I don't have any blisters wearing these all day at work but it's a desk job so not a lot of walking tbh. Overall, I recommend these shoes from my favorite brand Clark's.Shoes are great and fit perfect. Great price for these. I needed something that was a shoe for work in a hospital as a chaplain. I would have preferred sandles but not allowed. I can wear these now (August) with some no show peds and later with tights or with slacks with some light socks. I’m normally a size 8 but once in awhile I’m an 8W. The front of my foot is a little wide ( but not usually wide enough to be a W) and the back is narrower. I ordered a normal medium 8 and they fit perfect. So I would say these are very true to size. They were comfortable right away even so I’m going to break them in a little wearing them around the house but they would be fine even without a break in period. These will definitely work for me!!I love Clarks shoes. It's a little tight, but I usually wear thick socks. If wearing thinner socks, they fit just fine! I especially like the face that the sole is completely free of bumps and stitching. And it's a cute style. Very comfortable shoe!I like this brand of shoes. I can buy them without trying them on. They always fit and don't rub. I can wear them right out of the box without socks if I choose. They are comfortable to wear all day. There are also some nice styles.Some error somewhere in what you order and what arrives beautiful item but can’t get right sizeThese shoes were small and very narrow and lifted at the toe end, i e they did not sit flat on the floor I ordered a 5 1/2 but they were more like a 4 1/2 and had to return them which was very costly as they went to USA . I was disappointed as usually I do not have any issues with Clarks shoesLovely shoes good quality , perfect for me.
